Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering (AEEE) is the entrance test administered and conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham for admission to its prestigious B.Tech programs offered across its various campuses
AEEE is a national-level exam, known for its rigorous and fair assessment of candidates’ aptitude in subjects like Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Eligibility Criteria:
AGE
Candidates whose date of birth falls between 1st July 2004 and 30th June 2010.
Educational Qualification
A pass in 10 + 2 (Class XII) or its equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry with at least 50% each of these three subjects
Candidates appearing in any one of the following examinations are eligible to secure admission in B.Tech at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham:
The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized Central / State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) or any other Board accepted by Amrita as equivalent to 10+2 examination.
Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board or University.
General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London / Cambridge / Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with minimum of 5 subjects as recognized by central board.
NRI / OCI /PIO Admissions:
OCI/PIO:
Foreign passport holders of Indian origin, whose parent/s or siblings also hold OCI/PIO status. AEEE / JEE is not mandatory for admission.
Non-Resident Indians (NRI):
Indian citizens who completed their qualifying (10+2 or equivalent) exams abroad, with parent/s or siblings holding NRI status. AEEE / JEE is not mandatory for admission.
NRI-Sponsored Students:
Candidates studying in India, sponsored by their parent/s or sibling with NRI status (must appear for AEEE/JEE where applicable).
Registration fee for candidates attending test abroad - USD 85 or INR 7500/-
