Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET) 2026 Schedule for Certificate Verification/ Counselling

  • Certificate verification and web counseling will be conducted for admission into B.Tech Degree(Self-Support) programs offered in A.U. College of Engineering (A) through AUEET-2026, as per thefollowing schedule.

Downloading of Rank Cards 20-05-2026
Registration for online certificate verification & web counseling The registration fee for certificate verification & web counseling is Rs.500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/PwD). The registration fee shall be paid through online. 30-05-2026 to 05-06-2026
Off-line (Physical) certificate verification for candidates under CAP category only, at the office of the Directorate of Admissions. 03-06-2026
Off-line (Physical) certificate verification for candidates under PwD categories only, at the office of the Directorate of Admissions.
Uploading of Special Category certificates under NCC, Sports & Bharat Scouts categories 30-05-2026 & 02-06-2026
Up-loading of certificates. All candidates of AUEET 30-05-2026 & 06-06-2026
Entry/ edit of web options by the candidates 08-06-2026 to 11-06-2026
Provisional allotment of seats (first phase) 14-06-2026
Payment of fee (on-line) 15-06-2026 to 22-06-2026
Date of Reporting (off-line) Will be intimated

Candidates should upload the following certificates as listed below:

  • Transfer Certificate
  • Date of Birth Certificate (S.S.C. or equivalent) or DOB certificate
  • Intermediate/ 10+2 Marks Memo
  • Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate
  • Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates
  • Physical Fitness Certificate from the Medical Officer, Andhra University or from a Govt. Assistant Civil Surgeon
  • Certificate in the prescribed form in respect of claim under special category (NCC, CAP, SPORTS, PwD and Bharat Scouts) wherever applicable

Offline (Physical) Certificate Verification under Special Category for CAP & PwD candidates at the office of the Directorate of Admissions, Andhra University, Vijayanagar Palace, Pedawaltair, Visakhapatnam.

  • * However the candidate on completion of four year course, can pursue M.Tech if he/ she desires to continue for Two more years.
  • Note:
    1) The details of courses offered, roaster point and fee are available in the website: www.audoa.andhrauniversity.edu.in.
    2) The Candidates who secured seats must pay the prescribed fee before the last date, through online, failing which the seat will be cancelled. The payment process is same as that of ApplicationRegistration.
    3) Tuition fee reimbursement & scholarship are not applicable to these Self-Supporting courses and all the candidates admitted have to borne the fees by themselves.
