• Registration for Seat Allocation/ e-Counselling for NIFT Admissions-2026 for UG & PG Programmes and Lateral Entry is scheduled to be held between 15th June, 2026 to 22"d June, 2026 (12.00 Midnight) on the NIFT e-Counselling portal/ website https://nift.admissions.nic.in.
• All the candidates, who have successfully cleared the selection process and secured a valid Common Merit Rank (CMR) as per the final result declared for NIFT Admissions-2026, should register by 22^nd June, 2026 and fill their preferences for academic programmes (Course & Campus) by 12.00 PM (midnight) on 25^th June, 2026. The Candidates may kindly check their eligibility as per the Admissions Guidelines given in the Prospectus and Seat Allocation Guidelines available on NIFT Website/ portal. Candidates should ensure that all the required documents to be uploaded on the portal for the programmes as per the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the Prospectus/ Admissions Guidelines- 2026.
• It is mandatory to register by 22^nd June, 2026 for participating in the Counselling/ Seat Allocation Process
• Candidates are advised to go through Step by Step lnstructions given in the "Guidelines for Seat Allocation 2026," "User Guide" and Video Tutorials available at e-counselling portal https://nift.admissions.nic.in.
• Candidates may ensure that self-attested copies of relevant valid documents/ Annexures are kept ready in pDF format as per the programme as mentioned in the Guidelines for Seat Allocation - 2026
• All candidates are required to ensure legibility of PDF Documents and the size of each document has to be between 100 KB to 500 KB.
• Also, the candidates who have applied under the Artisan/ Ward of Artisan is being done separately by NIFT and such cdndidates are advised not try to participate in the e-counselling through Portal.
